Why Earthly Foundations ?

“Earthly Foundations” is all about going back to basics and adapting healthy life style by living in harmony with nature thereby doing good for self and protecting our environment.

During several years of my service as a medical doctor and specialist, I have come across patients from different walks of life. I have noticed one thing common among most of them- the over reliance on vitamin supplements and unhealthy eating habits. Majority of us do not pay attention to the ingredients of products we buy in our busy life Yet some people who are health conscious and make an effort to read the labels, it is difficult to judge what is good and bad from the huge list of ingredients written in microscopic text.

Ignorance is a Bliss – not in case of human health.

Although prescription medicines will cure certain diseases, I strongly believe that‘Prevention Is Better Than Cure’, so instead of suffering and spending money to cure the disease, let’s spend some time to find ways of preventing disease.

This can be achieved by focusing on conscious living, eating healthy and consuming foods as much as possible in their natural form. “We Are What We Eat”.
